What happens when 3 avid knitters knit some of the same patterns? Three different ways of fun! Some of the projects are sophisticated and elegant; others are colorful and wild! All are stylish and unique – perfect expressions of each knitter’s personality.

Please join Leanne Bohnen, Jocelyn Rohlin and Kathy Reid for a casual conversation as we discuss how to find knitwear designs and patterns written to be changed by knitters willing to be a bit adventuresome. We’ll discuss three specific patterns we found on Ravelry and how we knew they were suitable for a wide-range of various yarns; different modifications; different sizes. We’ll show you the patterns, our yarn, discuss our modifications, and show you our finished garments. Find out where one of us went wrong! And find out how mistakes become design features!

If you have a pattern and you’re wondering if you should try it with a certain yarn, with various colors, or with various modifications; please share it with us and the let our community brainstorm with you! If you have a favorite pattern that you’ve made over and over again, each time a bit differently, please share it with us and tell us why you love it!
