A. European Union Right of Withdrawal
Buyers in the European Union (EU) may be entitled to a 14-day “right of withdrawal” after receiving an item, during which they may return an item for any reason. The details of this right vary by EU member state. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom items or certain perishable goods.
TSF may cancel a transaction under the following circumstances:
The buyer did not pay within the allotted time.
Both TSF and the buyer agree to cancel the transaction prior to shipment. TSF will refund any payments.
TSF has decided to refuse service to the buyer and are complying with our Anti-Discrimination Policy. If the buyer has already paid, TSF will issue a full refund, including shipping.
TSF and the buyer agreed that the buyer could return the item for a refund. In this case, the returned item must be exactly what was purchased. Once the item is received by TSF, TSF will issue a refund to the buyer for the item.
TSF and our membership guarantee that any item that we sell is free of material or craft defect; however, items on our site are handmade and may have natural or artistic imperfections which would be excluded from this guarantee. If a product is found to be defective within (5) five calendar days from the day the items are received by the customer, TSF will reimburse the customer for the entire cost of the goods as well as the cost of shipping. Validity of claims will be at the sole discretion of Twisted Strait Fibers. A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the item and Twisted Strait Fibers must be notified prior to returning the goods. An example of valid warranty claim would include weak/damaged seams or flaws in the fabric that could reduce the longevity of the item. Improper use or care may invalidate this warranty, which will be determined at the sole discretion of TSF.
We can accept returns within 30 days from receipt date on un-used items provided we are notified of your intent to return the item within 5 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking charge on the return of any un-used item unless previous arrangements are made with our office. The Customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping back to us and insuring the package for the value of the item. A restocking fee will be deducted from the credit to be applied. After 30 days, we generally will not accept returns.
TSF will allow exchanges if the original purchased item is unused and unworn and is returned within (5) five calendar days of receipt. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the size was misrepresented or incorrectly shipped per the order request. TSF reserves the right to exchange on a case-by-case basis. The returned item must be accompanied with a written request explaining the buyer’s wishes. The request should include a daytime phone number for ease of processing.

Here are a few rules about accounts with TSF:
- You must be 18 or older to purchase merchandise. Otherwise, if you are 13 or older, you may only use our Store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who manages your account. Children under 13 are not permitted to use TSF or the Store.
- We expect you to be honest with us. Provide accurate information about yourself. It’s not helpful to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account; and this is grounds for terminating your account.
- You are responsible for your account. You’re solely responsible for any activity on your account. If you’re sharing an account with other people, then the person whose billing information is on the account will ultimately be responsible for all activity. If you’re registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to agree to the Terms on behalf of the business. Also, your accounts are not transferable.
- Protect your password. As we mentioned above, you’re solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password secure.
Any account created on this site is limited. These Terms don’t create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchisee relationship between you and TSF.
Termination By TSF
We may terminate or suspend your account (and any related accounts) and your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. If we do so, it’s important to understand that you don’t have a contractual or legal right to continue to use our Services, for example, to sell or buy on our websites or mobile apps. TSF may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
If you or TSF terminate your account, you may lose any information associated with your account, including your content.
We May Discontinue the Services. TSF reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services at any time, for any reason. We will not be liable to you for the effect that any changes to the services may have on you, including your income or your ability to generate revenue through the services.
The Terms will remain in effect even after your access to the Service is terminated, or your use of the Service ends.
Items You Purchase
You understand that TSF does not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services. We provide the venue; the items in our marketplaces are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers, so TSF cannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety, intended use, or even their legality. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. You release TSF from any claims related to items sold through our Services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by sellers, intellectual property infringement, or items that caused physical injury (like product liability claims).
